We plan the layout and select furniture, rugs, lighting, art, and décor. Once you approve the design, we manage purchasing, track and receive deliveries, coordinate white glove installation, and style the finished space. You have one local point of contact from the first selections to the final details.

Discover & Plan: We learn about your home, priorities, style, and budget, then establish the design direction.
Design & Refine: We develop 2D layouts and moodboards, review the selections together, and refine the plan.
Approve & Order: Once you approve the design and investment, we invoice and place your orders.
Track & Receive: We monitor shipments, receive and inspect products locally, and address any damage or claims.
Install & Style: We coordinate delivery and installation, arrange the furnishings, and style the finished space.

Projects typically take 12–14 weeks from kickoff, depending on approvals, product availability, shipping, and installation scope.

Our transparent pricing model consists of a flat-rate design fee based on the rooms included, the cost of approved products, and a project management fee. Reach out for a detailed proposal.
